Scaleway dedibox network using systemd-networkd

Not working : it is failing after a few hours, dhcpv6 problem

Conclusion : dedibox & ipv6 is beuurk

Create systemd-networkd configuration

remove netplan.io and dependencies
enable systemd-networkd systemctl enable systemd-networkd
add quad9 dns with DNSOverTLS resolver : /etc/systemd/resolved.conf.d/dns_servers.conf
